Eduardo Bautista Montero



He is a founding partner of A&B Legal Advisors and has a trajectory of more than 10 years as lawyer of important national and transnational companies, Has worked for two of the five most important, influential and most labor-intensive firms.

In his experience he emphasizes the significant reduction of labor contingents, as well as the application of audits aimed at avoiding occupational risks, and the negotiation of Collective Agreements. Before founding A&B Legal Advisors, he worked in the Legal Department of an important retail company with a presence throughout the Republic. It coordinated 16 external offices at the national level.

Developed in 320 points of sale preventive plan for inspections of the STPS. It opened thirteen stores, negotiating favorably with the Trade Unions of the respective Entities. He completed the closing and relocation of nine stores, without generating a single individual conflict as a collective.

He worked as Manager of Labor Relations for leading company in the manufacture of carton, packaging and packaging, which has ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - OHSAS 18001, with a productive force of more than 7,200 employees and 13 plants at the National level . In that company, he kept the labor contingents below 1%, participated in the revision of the collective contract in half of the group's plants, and among other activities he taught courses to Area Directors, Heads, Supervisors, and Superintendents with the themes "Development of leadership competencies", "application of internal labor regulations" and "content of the collective bargaining agreement"

Education Training

Eduardo Bautista Montero graduated from the National Bar of Lawyers where he obtained the degree of law degree.
It also has several courses and seminars for updating, and Diplomate "Strategic Management of Labor Relations" attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus State of Mexico.
